Lasun Kerao Sandheko (Spicy Garlic Flavoured Peas) Recipe

Ingredients:
Peas – 2 cups, shelled
Salt to Taste
Green Garlic with Stems – 2 bunches/20 pods, dry roasted, chopped
Cumin Seeds – 2 tsp, roasted, ground
Whole Red Chillies – 2 tsp, roasted, coarsely ground
Ginger – 2 tsp, grated, dry roasted
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Green Chillies – 3, dry roasted, split into two
Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp

Method:
1. Mix salt into the peas and keep aside for 3 minutes.
2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well with the peas.
3. Serve cold.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
