Lamb Tandrook Recipe

Ingredients:
Lamb – 1 kg
Onions – 2, sliced
Garlic – 4 tsp, chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp, sliced
Cloves – 5 to 6
Cinnamon – 1 two inch stick
Black Cardamoms – 4 to 5
Cumin Seed Powder – 2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Yoghurt – 1 cup
Mustard Oil – 1 cup
Water – 3 cups

Method:
1. Wash the lamb well and cut into desired sized pieces.
2. Combine all the ingredients (including lamb) together and mix well.
3. Cook over a low flame till the lamb gets fully done and the water is completely absorbed.
4. Serve hot.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
