Ingredients:
Potatoes – 2
Carrot – 2
Cabbage – 1/4 cup, chopped
Chow Chow – 1/2
Beans – 100 gms
Onions – 3
Oil – 2 or 3 tblsp
Salt as desired
Coconut Extract – 1/2 cup
Grind Together:
Dhania – 2 tsp
Poppy Seeds – 2 tsp
Roasted Gram – 1 tblsp
Red Chillies – 5
Green Chillies – 4
Coconut – 1/4 cup, scraped
Garlic – 6 flakes
Method:
1. Dice all the vegetables into small cubes.
2. Cut onions finely.
3. Grind the masala and keep aside.
4. Boil all the vegetables, strain and reserve the water.
5. Fry onions in oil, add the ground masala, then add boiled vegetables, coconut extract, salt and sugar to taste.
6. Pour enough water and boil till gravy becomes thick.
7. Garnish with fried cashewnuts.
