How to Make Fruit Cup With Almond Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
Papaya – 2 cups, chopped
Medium Calorie Fruits – 2 cups, mixed, chopped
Juice of Lemon – 1
Rum – 2 tbsp
Almond Essence – 2 to 3 drops
Whipped Cream and Artificial Sweetener, if required – to taste

Method:
1. Mix together the fruits, lemon juice and rum.
2. Refrigerate for at least 3 days to develop the flavour.
3. Stir in the almond essence into the whipped cream. Keep aside.
4. Serve the almond cream topped with fruits (add artificial sweetener if required).
