Sponge or Orange Cake – 1

For the Topping:
Orange Marmalade – 3 tbsp
Orange Pulp – 1 cup, shredded
Orange and Lemon Rind – 2 tsp, mixed
Artificial Sweetener – to taste
Orange and Lemon – a few, thin slices

1. Dissolve the orange marmalade in a little hot water.
2. Stir in the orange pulp, mixed orange and lemon rinds and artificial sweetener if required.
3. Spread this mixture on top of the sponge or orange cake.
4. Serve, garnished with orange and lemon slices.
