Ingredients:
Cooked Rice – 20 gms, long-grain
Peanut Oil – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1, chopped
Green Pepper – 1, diced
Red Pepper – 1, diced
Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Salt and freshly Black Pepper to Taste
Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a kadai.
2. Add the onion and stir fry.
3. Add the green and red peppers and fry till brown.
4. Add the cooked rice along with the soy sauce.
5. Cook till the rice is completely heated through.
6. Season with salt and pepper and a dash of sesame oil.
7. Serve hot.
