Ingredients:
Cabbage – 200 gms, diced
Carrots – 200 gms, diced
Cucumber – 200 gms, diced
Pineapple – 150 gms, diced
Vinegar – 1 1/2 cups
Salt – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Red Chillies – 40 gms, sliced

Method:
1. Mix the vegetables with pineapple and salt.
2. Keep aside for 3 hours.
3. Wash the vegetables thoroughly to clean out the salt.
4. Mix the vinegar with salt to taste and sugar.
5. Add the vegetables in the vinegar solution and allow them to soak overnight.
6. Garnish with red chillies and serve.
