Bean Sprouts – 600 gms, cleaned
Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 20 gms, julienned
Carrots – 60 gms, julienned
Spring Onions – 50 gms, chopped
Salt to Taste
1. Heat the oil in a kadai and saute the ginger.
2. Add the bean sprouts, carrots and spring onions.
3. Stir fry for a few minutes.
4. Stir in the salt and mix well.
5. Remove from heat, transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
