Paneer Birbali Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer – 300 gms, cut into 1 inch cubes
Oil – 4 tblsp
Onion – 2, medium, chopped
Cashew Nut Paste – 4 tblsp
Salt – 2 tsp
White Pepper Powder – 3 tsp
Cashew Nuts – 1 1/2 tsp, broken
Raisins – 1 1/2 tsp, seedless
Butter – 3 tblsp
Cream – 1/2 cup

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over moderate heat.
2. Saute the onions till light pink.
3. Add the cashew nut paste and saute for 2 more minutes.
4. Add paneer cubes, salt and pepper.
5. Simmer gently over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Stir gently to coat the paneer.
7. Add the cashew nuts and raisins.
8. Add butter and stir for 2 more minutes.
9. Add cream.
10. Stir for a minute.
11. Remove from heat.
12. Serve hot.
