Ingredients:
Spinach – 1 kg
Paneer – 2 cups, cubed
Oil – 4 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Garlic Cloves – 2 tsp
Whole Red Chillies – 2
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to Taste
Method:
1. Blanch spinach, drain and chop coarsely.
2. Heat oil in a kadai.
3. Add cumin and garlic and saute until the garlic changes colour.
4. Add whole red chillies.
5. Stir for half a minute.
6. Add spinach.
7. Stir fry adding coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder.
8. Add cottage cheese and stir fry for 5 minutes.
9. Season with salt.
10. Serve hot.
