Curry Leaf Powder


Curry Leaves – 1 cup
Red Chillies – 3
Black Gram – 1/4 cup
Toor Dal – 1/4 cup
Asafoetida – a pinch
Salt – 1/2 tsp

1. Dry the curry leaves and fry all the ingredients separately.
2. Grind them with salt to a fine consistency.
3. Serve with hot rice.
