Baby Corn, Capsicum and Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Boiled Rice – 500gm
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mushrooms – 40 gms, boiled, diced
Baby Corn – 40 gms, boiled, diced
Capsicums – 40 gms, diced
Salt to Taste
Ajinomoto – 1 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Saute the mushrooms, baby corn and capsicums for a few minutes.
3. Add the boiled rice to the pan along with the salt and ajinomoto.
4. Stir fry for a few minutes.
5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
