Dum Ka Murgh Zafrani Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg, cut into pieces
Clarified Butter – 1 1/4 cups
Onions – 4 tbsp, sliced
Coriander Powder – 4 tsp
Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
Yoghurt – 1 1/4 cups
Salt to taste
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Warm Milk – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
Almond Paste – 5 tbsp
Saffron – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Heat 1 1/4 cups clarified butter in a pan.
2 Saute onions till brown.
3. Remove, drain excess clarified butter and blend to make a paste.
4. Heat the remaining clarified butter.
5. Add all the ingredients except onion paste, almond paste and saffron.
6. Stir fry for a few minutes.
7. Add the chicken paste, almond paste and saffron.
8. Reduce heat to low and cook till the chicken pieces are tender.
9. Remove from fire.
10. Serve hot.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
