Minced Chicken with Peas Recipe

Chicken – 2 1/2 cups, minced
Green Peas – 1 1/2 cups
Butter – 3 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Onions – 1 cup, chopped
Garlic – 2 1/2 tbsp, peeled, crushed
Ginger Paste – 2 tbsp
Dry Red Chillies – 2 tsp, crushed
Salt to taste
Tomato Paste – 3 tbsp
Green Coriander – 1 tbsp, chopped
Eggs – 2, boiled

1. Heat butter in a thick bottomed kadai.
2. Splutter cumin seeds, add onions and stir fry till brown.
3. Add the chicken mince, crushed garlic, ginger paste, crushed dry red chillies, salt and tomato paste.
4. Stir fry till the butter appears on top.
5. Add the green peas and stir fry till dry and golden brown in colour.
6. Garnish with chopped green coriander and diced eggs.
8. Serve.
