How to Make Murgh Makhmali Kebab Recipe

Chicken Breast Fillets – 4 cups
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Cream – 1 cup
Processed Cheese – 1/2 cup
White Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Green Coriander – 4 tsp, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 4 tsp, finely chopped
Mace Powder – 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg Powder – 1/2 tsp
Eggs – 3, whites
Butter – 4 tbsp

1. Clean the chicken fillets.
2. Rub ginger garlic paste and salt evenly on them and keep aside.
3. Mix cream along with processed cheese, white pepper powder, green coriander, green chillies, mace nutmeg powder and egg whites.
4. Keep aside for 2 hours.
5. Skewer the chicken fillets and roast in a moderately hot tandoor/oven/grill for 8 to 10 minutes.
6. Remove, baste with butter and roast again for 3 to 5 minutes.
7. Remove from skewers.
8. Serve hot.
