Ingredients:
Kokum Rinds – 20
Coconut Milk – 4 cups
Garlic – 12 cloves
Green Chillies – 4
Black Peppercorns – 12
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, chopped
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Soak the kokum in cup of water for about 20 minutes.
2. Process the coconut milk, garlic, green chillies, peppercorns and salt in a blender till smooth.
3. Strain the mixture.
4. Squeeze the kokum to extract the juice and discard.
5. Add the kokum water to the coconut milk.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
7. Serve cold.
