Ingredients:
Cucumbers – 1 cup, peeled and diced
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup, chopped
Red Onions – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Plain Yogurt – 1 1/2 cups, whisked smooth
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, minced, to garnish
Method:
1. Place the cucumbers, tomatoes and onions in a bowl.
2. Blend the black pepper powder, cumin powder and salt into the yogurt.
3. Pour the yogurt over the vegetables and stir well.
4. Add additional seasonings if desired.
5. Refrigerate for an hour minimum.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
