cottage cheese – 2 cups
cabbage leaves – 5-6
cucumbers – 1 small sized
tomatoes – half cup
onions – 1/4 cup
green chilli – 1
lime juice – 2 tea spoons
green peas – 1/4 cup
button mushrooms – 1/4 cup
grated cheese – 3 teaspoon
coriander & mint leaves – 1/4 cup
salt & pepper to taste
Boil the green peas till nearly done.
Grate the cottage cheese.
Chop cabbage leaves, tomatoes, onions, Mushrooms, cucumbers & chilli.
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add the seasoning & lemon juice & refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with grated cheese & chopped coriander & mint leaves
