  • 250 g Fresh Prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 3 tbsp Spring Onions (chopped)
  • Zest of 1/2 a Lime (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Thick Coconut Milk
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger (minced)
  • One clove Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 Green Chilli (minced)
