Pyaaz Ka Raita Recipe

Yoghurt – 2 1/2 cups, whisked
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Onions – 2, small, chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp

1. Mix the yoghurt, water and salt together. Keep aside.
2. Heat the oil in a kadai.
3. Add the cumin seeds and when they crackle, add the onions and fry till brown.
4. Add the red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
5. Mix and remove from the flame.
