Orange Raita

Yoghurt – 4 1/2 cups, thick
Salt to taste
Orange – 200gm, peeled, separated into segments, cut into 10 mm cubes
Cumin Seeds – a pinch, roasted, pounded

1. Whisk the yoghurt and salt together.
2. Add the orange and mix well.
3. Serve chilled with cumin powder.
