Irani Raita Recipe

Yoghurt – 4 cups, whisked
Honey – 5 tbsp
Raisins – 2 tbsp, chopped
Cucumber – 450 gms, peeled, finely chopped
White Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to Taste
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp, roasted, powdered
Green Coriander – 1 tbsp, chopped

1. To the whisked yoghurt add honey, raisins, cucumber, white pepper powder and salt.
2. Mix well and transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
3. Sprinkle cumin powder and garnish with green coriander.
4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
