Bhuraani Raita Recipe

Yoghurt – 2 1/2 cups, whisked
Garlic – 2 tsp, crushed
Salt to taste
Yellow Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp

1. Mix the garlic with salt.
2. Add to the whisked yoghurt.
3. Reserve a bit of the yellow chilli powder and cumin powder and mix the rest in the yoghurt.
4. Pour into a serving bowl.
5. Sprinkle the reserved powders in a decorative design on the yoghurt.
6. Serve chilled accompanied with biryani.
