Home made Plain Yogurt (Dahi) Recipe

Milk – 5 1/2 cups
Yogurt – 1 tsp, for fermentation

1. Boil the milk in a pan and keep aside till lukewarm.
2. Add the starter yoghurt to the milk and mix well.
3. Keep aside to set in a warm place for 6 to 8 hours.
4. Once set, refrigerate ti chill.
5. Serve cold as an accompaniment with any meal.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
