Sonth Recipe

Ingredients:
Dry Mango Powder – 5 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Rock Salt – 1/2 tsp, powdered
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to Taste
Sugar – 5 tbsp
Raisins – 2 tsp, clean, Washed

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except raisins) with half a cup water in a saucepan and cook gently for 15 minutes.
2. Ensure that the mixture is lump-free and the sugar dissolves completely.
3. Add the raisins.
4. Serve with dahi vadas, papri chaat, etc.
