Doon Chetin (Kashmiri Walnut Chutney) Recipe

Walnuts – 100gm, without shells
Onions – 1/2 cup, chopped
Green Chillies – 2, chopped
Yoghurt – 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to Taste

1. Grind the onions and green chillies together to a smooth paste.
2. Add the walnuts and grind again for 30 to 40 seconds.
3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
4. Mix in the yoghurt, red chilli powder and salt. Serve.
