Tomatoes – 750gm, chopped
Vegetable Oil – 2 tbsp
Panch Phoran – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 2, Slit
Red Chilli Powder to taste
Salt to Taste
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 4 tbsp

1. Heat the oil in a kadai.
2. Add the panch phoran and when it crackles, add the remaining ingredients (except sugar).
3. Mix well and cook covered on a low flame for 7 minutes.
4. Add the sugar and cook till a gravy like consistency is reached.
5. Serve cold.
