Ingredients:
Garlic – 100gm, skinned
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 3 tsp
Yoghurt – 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients together and blend to a smooth paste.
2. Store in an airtight jar until ready to use.
3. If refrigerated, this chutney will easily stay for 2 weeks.
