Gram Flour – 1 cup, roasted
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
For the Tempering:
Vegetable Oil – 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/3 tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 Sprig
Dry Red Chillies – 5
1. Mix the gram flour with water to make a smooth paste.
2. Add salt and mix well.
3. For the tempering; heat the oil in a pan.
4. Add the mustard seeds and saute till it crackle.
5. Add the curry leaves and dry red chillies.
6. Stir and remove from heat.
7. Pour this over the gram flour paste, mix and serve with any dish.
