Paneer – 800 gms, Cut into 1 inch cubes
Tomatoes – 200 gms, quartered
Sal to taste
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Ginger Paste – 3 tbsp
Garlic Paste – 3 tbsp
Butter – 1/2 cup
Black Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Mace Powder – a pinch
Processed Cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
Green Coriander – 2 tsp, chopped
Green Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp

1. Boil the tomatoes with little water.
2. Add the salt, red chilli powder, ginger and garlic pastes.
3. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat, cool and strain.
4. Melt the butter in a pan.
5. Saute the paneer.
6. Add the black cumin seeds and when they crackle, pour the tomato mixture.
7. Add the garam masala, coriander powder and mace powder.
8. Add the paneer, bring the mixture to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes on a slow fire.
9. Serve hot garnished with green coriander and cardamom powder.
