Bhindhi Jhal (Bengali Okra Curry) Recipe

Ingredients:
Okra – 200 gms, washed, dried, slit into halves
Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard Paste – 2 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green Chillies – 5, slit
Water – 1/4 cup

Method:
1. Heat the mustard oil in a pan.
2. Saute the okra till half cooked.
3. Add the mustard paste, salt, green chillies and water.
4. Cook over a medium flame till the okra is soft.
5. Serve hot.
