Yoghurt – 1 cup, Hung for 1 Hour
Green Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg Powder – a pinch
Mixed Fruit (of your choice) – 150gm, pureed
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Artificial Sweetener – 2 tsp
1. Blend the yoghurt with the green cardamom powder and spices till creamy.
2. Add a little water if necessary, keep aside.
3. Mix the fruit puree with lemon juice and artificial sweetener. Keep aside.
4. Top the yoghurt mixture with the mixed fruit puree.
5. Serve chilled.
