Ingredients:
Rice Flour – 2 1/2 cups
Salt to taste
Water
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Clarified Butter – 3/4 cup
Yeast – 1/2 tsp
Melon Seeds – 2 tsp
Green Coriander – 2 tsp, chopped

Method:
1. Sieve flour and salt together.
2. Make a well in the flour.
3. Add water, sugar, milk, clarified butter, yeast and melon seeds.
4. Mix gradually and knead into a soft dough.
5. Divide into 4 equal balls and set aside for 30 minutes.
6. Dust lightly and roll into 3 1/2 inch discs, 1/4 inch thick.
7. Sprinkle with coriander.
8. Bake in a tandoor till brown.
9. Brush with clarified butter
10. Serve hot.
