Tandoori Salmon Recipe

Tandoori Salmon
Ingredients:
Salmon – 500 gms, cubed
Lemon Juice – 1 1/2 to 2 tblsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Yogurt – 1/2 cup, whisked
Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Green Chillies – 3, chopped
Dill or Mint Leaves – 1 tsp, chopped
Olive Oil – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Combine lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder in a bowl.
2. Marinate the salmon in this mixture for 30 to 60 minutes.
3. In a bowl add garlic paste, green chillies, mint leaves, olive oil and salt with yogurt.
4. Add the salmon cubes and keep aside for 60 minutes.
5. Transfer to baking tray and roast for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C/350F.
6. Remove and baste with oil.
7. Roast for 2 to 3 minutes.
8. Remove and serve hot.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
