Ingredients:
Pomfrets – 2, (medium sized), washed, shredded
Oil for Frying – 4 tbsp
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Onions – , chopped
Green Chillies – 4, sliced
Coconut – 2 cups, fresh, grated
Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add ginger and garlic pastes and saute till brown.
3. Add onions and green chillies.
4. Fry till brown.
5. Add coconut, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, lemon juice, vinegar and salt.
6. Cook on slow fire for 5 minutes.
7. Add fish and stir gently till the fish is done.
8. Serve hot.
