Saffron Flavoured Prawns
Prawns – 500 gms, peeled, deveined
Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Fresh Cream – 1/2 cup
Butter – 1/4 cup, melted
Oil – 3 tblsp
Saffron Strands – few
White Pepper Powder – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste

1. Mix the ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and oil in a bowl.2
2. Marinate the prawns in this mixture and keep aside for 30 minutes.
3. Add saffron, white pepper powder and cream together.
4. Add the marinated prawns and mix well.
5. Keep aside for 5 hours.
6. Skewer the prawns and cook in a preheated hot oven for 10 minutes.
7. Remove and baste with butter.
8. Roast again for 5 minutes and remove the prawns.
9. Serve hot.
