Tofu – 100 gms
Baby Corn – 1/4 kg
Cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
Milk – 1 cup
Maida – 1/2 cup
Corn Flour – 1/2 cup
Bengal Gram Flour – 2 tblsp
Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying

1. Cut baby corn and tofu into long thin slices.
2. Add salt, baking powder, ginger-chilli paste, cheese and milk to the flour.
3. Mix it like bajji batter consistency.
4. Dip baby corn and tofu in this batter and deep fry.
5. Serve hot with tomato sauce and mint chutney.
