Aloo Kopi Dalna Recipe

Ingredients:
Potatoes – 200 gms, cut into wedges
Cauliflower – 100 gms, cut into florets
Vegetable Pil – 1/4 cup
Cinnamon – 1 one inch stick
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Paste – 2 tsp
Tomatoes – 50 gms, chopped
Water – 2 cups

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a kadai, add the cinnamon stick, coriander powder, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
2. Stir for a few seconds.
3. Add the potatoes, cook over a high flame, until the potatoes are almost done.
4. Add the ginger paste and tomatoes.
5. Cook for 5 minutes over a medium flame.
6. Add the cauliflower and water.
7. Cook over a low flame till the cauliflower is done.
8. Serve hot.
