Maida – 250 gms
Curd – 50 gms
Oil – to deep fry
Salt to taste
1. Mix maid with curd and make into a smooth dough.
2. Cover and leave it for 2 hours.
3. Then make this into a smooth round even sized balls.
4. Using a rolling pin flatten the balls to make it round and flat of medium thickness.
5. Deep fry this in oil till the poori pops fully.
6. Remove it from the frying pan and serve hot with chana masala.
