Sesame Prawn Tikka
King Prawns – 6, washed, cleaned, deveined
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds – 1/2 tblsp
Sesame Seed Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Oil – 1/2 cup
Dry Red Chillies – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 1/2 tsp, crushed
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 tblsp
Salt as per taste

1. Marinate the prawns in lemon juice and keep aside.
2. Mix the sesame see powder with 1/2 tsp oil, red chillies, garlic, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
3. Add the prawns and coat well.
4. Cover and keep aside for 45 minutes.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over moderate flame.
6. Roll the prawns in sesame seeds and deep-fry till crisp and golden brown.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
8. Serve hot.
