Ingredients:
Eggs – 11
Potatoes – 200 gms, boiled, mashed
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger – 2 tsp, chopped
Green Chillies – 1 tsp, chopped
Green Coriander – 1 tbsp, chopped
Butter for basting
Method:
1. Boil 10 eggs, grate and keep aside.
2. Mix together the grated eggs, mashed potatoes, garam masala, chaat masala, green chillies, green coriander, breadcrumbs, salt, red chiili powder, ginger, green chillies and the raw egg.
3. Divide this mixture into 5 equal portions.
4. Wrap each portions along the length of skewers using wet hands leaving 1/2 cm gap between each.
5. Roast for 5-10 minutes.
6. Remove and baste with butter.
7. Roast further for 5 minutes or until cooked.
8. Remove from skewers.
9. Serve hot with mint chutney.
