Microwave Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:
Mushroom – 1 packet, chopped
Onion – 1 big, chopped
Butter – 1 tblsp
Salt – 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Stock – 4 cups

Method:
1. Put the butter and onion in a vessel and micro high for 2 minutes.
2. Add mushroom and micro high for 2 minutes.
3. Add vegetable stock and micro high for 9 minutes.
4. Cool and blend in a liquidiser.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Serve hot.
