A healthy, nutrient rich breakfast drink, ideal for kids too.
Carrots – 3 to 4, chopped
Apples – 2, diced, cored
Water – 1/2 cup
Sugar – as per taste (optional)
Ginger – 1/2 tsp, grated (optional)
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend well until smooth.
3. Strain well and pour into individual serving glasses.
4. Serve at once.
