Ingredients:
Onions – 2 small
Tomatoes – 3
Capsicum – 1
Cucumber – 2
Salt to taste
Green Chillies – 2, chopped
Green Coriander – 1 tblsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tblsp
Method:
1. Dice the onions, tomatoes, capsicum and the cucumber into small 1/4 inch cubes.
2. Add salt, green chillies, green coriander and lemon juice.
3. Mix well and serve cold.
