Kachri – 2 tblsp, ground
Oil to fry
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp, powdered
Garlic – 1/2 cup, ground
Onion – 1 medium, chopped
Whole Red Chillies – 2 to 3 tblsp
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
1. Heat 1 tsp of oil.
2. Add the cumin seeds and garlic.
3. Saute for a few seconds.
4. Add the onion and fry till it browns.
5. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on a low flame till the oil separates.
6. Store in an airtight jar.
If refrigerated this chutney will stay for a month.
