Ingredients:
Tamarind – 1 cup
Water – 5 cups
Sugar – 1 cup

Method:
1. Soak the tamarind in 1 cup of warm water.
2. Extract the pulp.
3. Add the remaining water and sugar.
4. Stir till the sugar dissolves completely.
5. Pass the mixture through a sieve.
6. Serve chilled.
