Green Coriander – 4 cups
Green Chillies – 2
Ginger – 1 one inch piece
Garlic – 2 cloves
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Juice from 1 Lemon
1. Blend all the ingredients except the lemon juice to a smooth paste.
2. Store the relish in a dry glass jar, in the refrigerator.
3. Just before serving, add the lemon juice, mix well and serve as an accompaniment.
Note: If garlic is used, omit cumin seeds.
