Ingredients:
Garlic – 15 to 16, thick cloves
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
White Vinegar – 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together except the oil and blend to a smooth paste.
2. Heat the oil in a pan.
3. Saute the garlic paste for 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove the pan from the heat.
5. Cool and preserve.
