Ingredients:
Rice – 1 cup
Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup, finely chopped
Yoghurt – 1 cup, hung for 2 hours
Salt to taste
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 4 to 5

Method:
1. Boil the rice, drain the water and keep aside.
2. Boil the vegetables till tender, drain and mix with the boiled rice.
3. Keep aside to cool.
4. Add the yoghurt and salt.
5. Mix gently.
6. Heat the ghee in a kadai, add the mustard seeds and curry leaves, saute for a few seconds.
7. Add the rice mixture.
8. Saute for 2 minutes and serve warm.
