Tangy Colocasia


Colocasia – 500 Gms, boiled, cubed
Salt – 2 tsp
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup, chopped
Lemon Juice – 3 tbsp
Green Chillies – 4, chopped
Green Coriander – 1/2 cup, chopped
Mint Leaves – a few, chopped
Dry Mango Powder – 2 tsp

1. Combine the salt, tomatoes, lemon juice, green chillies, green coriander and mint leaves in a bowl.
2. Add the colocasia and mix well.
3. Sprinkle dry mango powder over the colocasia mixture and serve.
